Erla Rut Árnadóttir

In her younger years Erla Rut carried out her piano studies at Nýi tónlistarskólinn and the Icelandic University of the Arts, where her teachers were Vilhelmína Ólafsdóttir and Peter Maté. Later on she finished a BA-degree in anthropology and economics and a MS-degree in biostatistics at the University of Iceland. Today she works as a biostatistician at deCODE genetics and as a piano teacher.
